The NHP Mobile App provides members with the following features:
· My Benefit Details – See available and used benefit,
· My authorisations – Check status of authorisations,
· Claims checker - Members can view claims over a certain period,
· Contact Cards- Members have access to contact details at their fingertips,
· My Documents - Under this section members can view their membership certificate and statements, and
· Hospital Pre-authorisation - Members are also able to apply for hospital pre-authorisation on the app.
